1. Participation. Egypt Eternal Voices — AI Video Creation Incubation (First Edition) is operated by People of Data. Acceptance is at the sole discretion of the organisers. Participants commit to attending sessions and submitting all weekly deliverables through the Skilllz.AI platform.
2. Content rights & licence. By participating, you grant People of Data a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable licence to reproduce, edit, publish, broadcast and distribute all content created during the programme across any medium now known or later developed, including social media, broadcast and the Nefertari campaign, with or without attribution.
3. Copyright assignment. All intellectual property rights, including copyright, in any work produced during the programme are hereby assigned to and vest in People of Data. Participants waive moral rights to the extent permitted by law.
4. The petition. Participants sign and support the public petition for the return of the Nefertari bust to Egypt, and agree their work may be used to advance that campaign and any formal delivery to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
5. Accuracy & ethics. All historical content must be grounded in the archaeological record and is subject to Egyptological review. Work must comply with AI-ethics standards, including proper handling of rights, attribution and disclosure of AI generation.
6. Data & communications. Personal data of the lead and all team members is collected to administer the programme and may be used to contact participants. By submitting, all named members consent to this processing.
7. Conduct & eligibility. Organisers may disqualify any team for plagiarism, misrepresentation, harmful content, or breach of these terms. Prize allocation and judging decisions are final.
